Please package your item securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a sturdy box or padded envelope. Once your project is confirmed we will provide you with our delivery address.

Yes! We provide a digital mockup of your design for approval before beginning embroidery. Once approved, changes cannot be made, so we encourage careful review.

Every item we receive is handled with the utmost care and returned via tracked shipping, with £150 coverage included. For heirloom or irreplaceable pieces, we kindly recommend arranging additional insurance, as there is always a very small chance of loss in transit.

Your embroidered item will be carefully packaged and shipped back to you via your chosen shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender unless your project is over £100.

Absolutely. To capture a message from a loved one - near or far, or even departed - we simply require a photograph of their treasured letters, notes, or keepsakes. From there, we’ll translate it into embroidery with care and sentiment.
