Delivery & Returns Policy

At Studio Sewn, every order is stitched with care and attention. Below you’ll find details on our shipping and returns policy.

Shipping

Processing Times

  • As all items are bespoke or made to order, processing times will vary.
  • Standard lead times range from 2–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of your project.
  • Gift Shop items take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched
  • We will confirm an estimated completion and dispatch date upon order confirmation.

Delivery Options

  • We ship within the UK and internationally.
  • All orders are sent via a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
  • Complimentary delivery may apply for certain bespoke projects or promotions (as stated at checkout).

International Customers

  • International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country.

Responsibility

  • Once an item leaves our studio, responsibility passes to the courier.
  • We cannot accept liability for delays, losses, or damages incurred in transit, though we will always assist where possible.

Returns

Custom & Personalised Items

  • As each piece is customised or made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.
  • Embroidery is a permanent alteration and may not be undone or refunded.

Faulty Items

  • In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs.
  • We will assess the issue and arrange either a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Gift Shop Items

  • Ready-to-purchase items from our Gift Shop (non-personalised) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Send-In Service

  • If you are sending us your own item to be embroidered, please note that Studio Sewn cannot accept returns or responsibility for pre-existing flaws or any changes to the item’s structure resulting from embroidery.
  • All send-in orders are final.
