Thank you for shopping with Studio Sewn. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 10-14 working days of receiving payment.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, product launches, promotions, or seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

UK Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery

* Estimated delivery: 3-5 working days once dispatched
* Delivered via Royal Mail or another trusted courier service
* Tracking may be provided depending on the shipping service selected

Express Delivery

* Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days once dispatched
* Available on selected orders and locations
* Additional charges apply

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

Please note:

* Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
* Studio Sewn is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Tracking Your Order

Where a tracked shipping service is used, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

* Severe weather conditions
* Postal or courier disruptions
* Customs inspections
* Public holidays

Studio Sewn cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to amend the details before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@studiosewn.co.uk

We may need to allow sufficient time for the courier to investigate before a replacement or refund can be issued.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:

* The packaging
* The damaged item(s)

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
