Studio Sewn (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a sole-operated business providing bespoke embroidery, design, and personalisation services. These Terms apply to all site visitors, clients, and customers.

2. Services

We offer:

• Bespoke Embroidery Services: Custom embroidery, monograms, crests, and heirloom keepsakes.
• Send-In Service: Embroidery added to items provided by you.
• Design Suite: Graphic design and custom artwork to complement embroidery projects.
• Gift Shop: Ready-to-purchase embroidered items.

As each project is unique, lead times and pricing will vary. All timeframes are estimates and may be adjusted depending on project complexity.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once full payment (or deposit, where specified) is received.

Prices are subject to change at our discretion, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed price.

Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

4. Send-In Items

If you choose to send in your own items for embroidery:

You are responsible for delivery to and from our studio.

While every care is taken, Studio Sewn cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Embroidery is a permanent alteration and may not be removed or undone without damaging the item.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and embroidered creations by Studio Sewn remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, copy, or use our designs for commercial purposes without express permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Studio Sewn is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or products.

Handmade and embroidered items may vary slightly from images shown - these are part of the craft’s unique character, not defects.

7. Privacy

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
